SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Sospiro Veneziano entrusts all deliveries to the most suitable express courier for the destination area.
Once the goods have been handed over to the courier, a tracking code will be sent to the email address provided during order registration.

Sospiro Veneziano cannot, under any circumstances, be held responsible for any delays in the delivery of the order.

The customer is required to promptly report any damage caused by the courier so that the appropriate insurance procedures can be initiated.
Failure to report evident transport damage will result in any subsequently reported issues or claims being automatically considered as damages caused by the customer.

Orders containing unavailable products may be subject to longer delivery times or may be canceled altogether.
