USED MATERIAL COLLECTION

Sospiro Veneziano is not legally required to collect the customer’s used product. It is therefore the recipient’s responsibility to dispose of the old item by contacting their local bulky waste collection services.

WARRANTY

The fabrics and foams used in Sospiro Veneziano’s products are crafted using artisanal methods with cutting machines and manual labor. Minor cutting or folding tolerances may occur. These tolerance margins apply to any product involving the use of these materials (mattresses, cushions, covers, mattress toppers, etc.).

The photos of the customized product coverings are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the finished item.

In any case, with over 70 years of experience, Sospiro Veneziano offers a 2-year warranty on all its products.

The warranty covers obvious manufacturing defects and material flaws.

To request a repair or replacement under warranty, please contact our after-sales service via email at info@sospiroveneziano.it providing appropriate photos that document the defect.

It will be at the discretion and responsibility of the after-sales service to restore the product to its original condition, either through repair or replacement.
