RETURN POLICY WITHIN 30 DAYS
Our 30-day return policy means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in normal, usable condition.

Once authorized, returns must be shipped to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@sospiroveneziano.it if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and do our best to resolve it promptly.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made products (e.g., special orders or personalized items).
14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD FOR THE EUROPEAN UNION
Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
